I believe it is impossible to move home without it being stressful, but thanks to the staff at Harratts they certainly  smoothed the process  They could also recommend various trades as we are not familiar  with the area . Andy and Natalie were a pleasure to deal with. From meeting Andy for the first time when he came to value the house he was friendly and informative and gave good advice on how to market the property. They arranged all the viewings and showed them round. Emails were sent with all details of potential buyers. The property sold straight  away. Andy and Natalie were easy to deal with throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. Under very very sensitive circumstances selling my forever home Andrew and natalie were very polite and professional. Made things run as smoothly as possible and kept updated about any potential viewings and feedback was always honest and very constructive. I would recommend Harratts to anybody looking to sell or buy. Being family run business you can feel that love that extra mile they go and that shows in the staff work rate. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our house! Andrew was amazing during the viewings - super friendly, easy to talk to, and just made everything feel really relaxed. Natalie was great too - really professional and always quick to answer any questions we had along the way. And a lovely surprise on moving day - Scott turned up with a bottle of champagne for us!
